Are you sure that the temporary Internet folder was filling up? This folder isn't used extensively by PlayOn, and certainly not for such large files. We do use the Windows partition for the transcoded media, but it should be only one file at a time, in general, and should always be cleaned up after playback. (We are also working on making this scratch space configurable in PlayOn, so that people aren't forced to use their Windows partition.)
